As part of our commitment to sustainability, the continuous improvement of our facilities in Saldes and the reduction of our environmental impact, IMMOVILA 2023, SL (Tax ID B13803234) has carried out a comprehensive energy renovation project at Hotel L’Indret del Pedraforca (formerly Hotel Ca l’Andreu), corresponding to file no. SEC041/22/000077.
Main improvements carried out
- Improvement of the building envelope: complete replacement of the old exterior wooden frames with new high-efficiency aluminium frames featuring thermal breaks and insulating double glazing.
- Efficient aerothermal climate control: installation of a modern high-efficiency aerothermal heating and cooling system (15.5 kW), intended for climate control in the dining room.
- Upgrade to LED lighting: complete replacement of the establishment’s lighting system with high-performance, low-consumption LED equipment and bulbs.
