All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card on the arrival date. 100% of the total amount will be charged 7 days before arrival.

Modification Conditions

The reservation will not be modifiable within the last 7 days before check-in.

For any modification regarding the number of guests or dates before the established deadline, please contact us directly and we will try to accommodate your request based on our availability.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund of the reservation amount, the cancellation must be made before the established deadline of 7 days prior to the check-in date. Therefore, the reservation will not be cancellable within the last 7 days before check-in. In case of cancellation during this period, the reservation amount will not be refunded.
